Shortly after busting out of the $5,000 PLO WSOP tournament on Thursday 6/14, David Williams decided he wasn’t going to be finished for the day.

As if there weren’t enough poker tournaments going on in Vegas during June-July, the Bellagio is also hosting a series of events called the Bellagio Cup III.  Well, David entered the $5,000 NL event.  After ‘flipping a coin’, he had black and 0 on the roulette wheel, to Roland deWolfe’s Red, he was freerolling in this event.

As the poker gods would have it David and Roland came into the final table 1 and 2 in chips respectively. Long story short, Roland busted out in 8th, while David ended up winning the event for over $125,000 cash. Not bad for a freeroll.
